BIOL 743 - Advanced Ornithology

Organized conceptually around the rapid decline of the continent’s avifauna. Following an introductory module introducing the declines, the material is put in context, covering historic and geographic contexts, morphology and physiology, our local avifauna, tools & approaches in ornithology, birds in a changing world, behavioral diversity, and solutions to the problems faced by birds, globally.
