DAS 197 - Introduction to Integrated Health Studies

Credits: 1

Acquaints students with the Integrated Health Studies secondary major program themes: social and humanistic dimensions of health, ethics in health sciences, multicultural awareness in health, and scientific and statistical reasoning. Prepares students for integrated learning in the coursework associated with the program to set the tone for the capstone experience. Thematic learning and exposure to digital literacy are key components.
