FNDH 645 - Professional Practice and Leadership in Dietetics Credits: 3
This course explores leadership, professionalism, and current issues in dietetic practice. Students will critically examine the governance of the dietetics profession, engage in civil discourse around emerging topics, and begin to cultivate their professional identity. Emphasis is placed on advocacy, self-representation, and interprofessional collaboration within diverse practice settings. Through discussion, case studies, and applied frameworks, students will develop skills to navigate the evolving landscape of nutrition and dietetics.
