COT 301 - Six Sigma Analysis and Problem Solving I

Introduction to Six Sigma process and quality improvement methods and tools, including the Six Sigma problem-solving approach, voice of the customer, root cause and risk analysis, and process flow improvement. Emphasis on qualitative analysis and introductory statistical tools.
