MANGT 515 - Managerial Consulting Theory and Practice

This course provides an overview of the management consulting process. Students will learn how to apply consulting tools and frameworks to engage clients, analyze organizational problems, formulate and present recommendations, and implement change initiatives. The content is relevant to anyone interested in analyzing internal business opportunities, tasked with managing organizational change, or those pursuing traditional consulting careers.
