FNDH 760 - Applied Dietetics Credits 1-6
Application of dietetics/nutrition principles through workshops, case studies, independent research, discussion, and simulation. Behavior-based assessment and progression is utilized to encourage self-development and entry-level competence in dietetics practice. A variety of practice areas will be covered.
