PMC 120 - Outdoor Recreation Certification

This course is designed to provide the PMC major ability to obtain outdoor recreation certifications not directly taught by Kansas State University. Examples are numerous, and include Wilderness First Responder, Archery in Schools Instructor, Aquatic Facility Operator, Playground Inspector Certification, Leave No Trace. Certifications being accepted must involve a minimum of 16 hours of contact, exercise and assessment hours; or additional requirements can be added by PMC faculty to meet 16 hours of content.
