HDFS 720 - Youth Development

Credits 3

Designed to introduce students to the developmental period of adolescence including theory and research on positive youth development. Through a critical examination of the professional literature, students will recognize and become familiar with the major issues and transitions adolescents face as they successfully navigate this developmental stage.
