ECET 220 - Semiconductor Electronics Credits: 4
An introductory course in electronic devices. Topics include PN-junction theory, diodes, transistors, transistor biasing, transistor modeling, operational amplifiers, voltage regulators, and field-effect transistors (FET). Additional topics include Miller’s Theorem and Network Analysis
Note Three hours lecture and two hours lab a week.

Requisites Prerequisite: MATH 100
Corequisite: ECET 101, and MATH 150 or AIT 301
