FDSCI 627 - Chemical Methods of Food Analysis Credits: 2
Methods for quantitative chemical analyses of foods and food products. Analytical techniques covered will include proximate analysis, spectroscopy, basic chromatography, and immunochemistry. The analyses will be related to standards and regulations for food processing.
Note: Three hours lecture and three hours lab a week. Meets during the first half of the semester.
