Introduction to physiological and behavioral exercise considerations for a holistic approach to increasing activity levels effectively and safely in the pediatric population. Prepares students planning to work with healthy to obese 3-17 year olds in physical activity, exercise, and sport to encourage lifelong physical activity adherence and obesity reduction.
