MANGT 853 - Business Project Management

Credits: 3

Provides an in-depth coverage of project management concepts and methodolgogies required for service and manufacturing operations.  Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to:  project selection and evaluation, project dynamics, motivation and evaluation of project team members, project scheduling, project budgeting, and project closure.

Note:
This course is restricted to students in graduate business degree. Students from other programs must receive permission from the College of Business Graduate Program Coordinator.
