PFP 806 - Statistical Methods in Personal Financial Planning I Credits: 3
The course covers applied regression models that are common in personal financial planning research with focus on categorical outcomes. Regression models covered include binomial, multinomial, and ordinal logit and probit models. Particular emphasis is on applying these models in national datasets (e.g., Survey of Consumer Finances) commonly used in financial planning related research and on the interpretation of results.
