EDSEC 211 With a focus on career pathways, work-based learning, internship development, employability skills, and advisory boards, this course explores the principles in planning and organizing family and consumer sciences curriculum and career pathways.  The course introduces professional practices that support curriculum design elements and instructional methods unique to programs that emphasize technical skill proficiency and competency-based applied learning.
