FNDH 847 - Consumer Research – Attitudinal

Study of attitudinal research methods, including questionnaires and facial recognition, for product understanding.  Techniques including emotion, mood, and psychographic research methods will be covered.  Methods for consumer segmentation beyond traditional demographical segmentation will be discussed. 

Requisites:
Prerequisite: FNDH 701-Sensory Analysis or FNDH 841-Consumer Research Fundamentals
