Provides in-depth coverage of project management concepts and methodologies required for service and manufacturing operations. Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to: project selection and evaluation, project organization, management or project organization, project scheduling, project budgeting, project monitoring, and control and project closure.

Requisites:
Prerequisite: MANGT 420, MANGT 421.
