GRSC 825 - Novel Uses of Biopolymers

Teach existing value-added technology of cereal polymers, and explore new processes and utilization in non-traditional food/feed and in non-food/feed.

Note:
Two hours lecture a week.

Requisites:
Recommended Prerequisite: BIOCH 521 and PHYS 115.
