Introduces students to the complex strategies and tactics used in identifying and managing key customer accounts, including those with large multi-national footprints. Course components include reading assignments, quizzes/tests, and role plays.
Requisites Pre-Requisite: MKTG 542. Needs permission from the Director of the National Strategic Selling Institute.
