PFP 464 - Estate Planning Concepts

Credits: 3

This course provides an introduction to fundamentals of the estate planning process. Includes property transfer, tax consequences, probate avoidance, powers of appointment, and various tools/techniques used in implementing an effective estate plan.

Requisites
Prerequisite: PFP 305 or FINAN 450 with a grade of “C” or better and KSU cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
