Exceptional development in early childhood (birth through kindergarten), including developmental delays, physical and sensory impairments, communication disorders, mental retardation, learning and behavioral disorders, and health related concerns: emphasis on IEPs and IFSPs and the family’s role in the assessment/referral/intervention process.
