SPAN 760 - U.S. Latino/a Literature and Culture in Spanish

Credits: 3

The border as a metaphorical concept in Latino/a literature and culture. Analysis of literary texts and other media. Multiple identities, positionalities, literary movements, language and counter-traditions that shape the aesthetic cultural legacy of Latinos/as. Reading- and writing-intensive class.

Requisites:
Prerequisite: SPAN 550 or SPAN 567 or SPAN 568.
