GRSC 561 - Qualities of Feed IngredientsCredits: (3) The course provides an integrated overview of the physical, biological, and chemical characteristics of common feed ingredients. Quality control and evaluation of ingredients and complete feed is emphasized to ensure the productions of safe feed/safe food.
Note: Three hours lec. a week.
Requisites: Rec. Pr.: GRSC 510 and 511, BIOCH 265 or CHM 350 and 351.
