HMD 482 - Human Resource Management in the Hospitality IndustryCredits: (3) Emphasizes the role of the hospitality manager and dietitian as facilitator, trainer, and motivator of employees. Focuses on the fundamentals of successful training and development of a service-oriented work force. Special attention is given to the unique problems associated with the labor intensive hospitality and foodservice industries.
