Credits: (3)Integration of the various geologic disciplines into a broad-based understanding of the history and dynamics of the earth. Specific regions, such as the western U.S., will be selected each year for detailed study. Guest lectures will make up a significant part of the course.
Note Three hours lecture a week.
Requisites Prerequisite: Completion of, or concurrent enrollment in, all other courses required for the BS or BA degree in geology (except summer field courses).
