AVM 351 - Powerplant Ignition and Electrical Systems
Credits: (3)A study of battery, magneto high and low tension ignition systems, including turbine igniters for today’s aircraft. Also a study of powerplant starting and charging systems and related components. Emphasis will be placed on troubleshooting, repair, and timing of aircraft ignition systems.
Note Two hours recitation and three hours lab a week.
Requisites Prerequisite: AVM 111.
