HORT 625 - Floral Crops Production and Handling

The principles and commercial practices for producing floral potted crops and cut flowers crops emphasizing the physical responses of plants to their environment. Aspects of post-harvest physiology will be covered.

Note
One hour lecture and three hours lab a week.

Requisites
Prerequisite: HORT 201. Recommended prerequisite: BIOL 500, HORT 350 and HORT 570.
