Presents principles, techniques and skill development of the system of Modern Combatives, a derivative of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Provides students with knowledge and practice of various offensive and defensive measures, as well as enhancing decision-making and self-management in conflict. Course includes ethical framework for use of force as well as opportunity for certification of proficiency in various national associations governing this discipline.
