HIST 106 - Western Civilization: The Modern Era (Honors)Credits: (3) Principal developments in Western civilization from the beginning of the eighteenth century to the present. The scope of the course includes the Enlightenment, the French Revolution, the Industrial Revolution, nationalism, imperialism, communism, fascism, and the two world wars, but chronological and topical emphases vary with individual sections.
Note Required of all history majors.
Requisites Prerequisite: Not open to juniors and seniors except with consent of instructor.
