PLAN 801 - Planning Methods I Introduction to quantitative methods in planning used to measure change in the demographic characteristics of communities, and changes in the economic structure of the community. Emphasis is on the location and interpretation of Census data, population projection methodologies, and processes of community economic analysis, including the application of computer concepts to problem solving and data analysis in the planning profession.
