EDSEC 510 - Career Pathways in Family and Consumer Sciences Education
Principles and procedures in planning and organizing family and consumer sciences-related career pathways are explored. The course includes curriculum design elements and instructional methods unique to programs that emphasize technical skill proficiency, competency-based applied learning, and preparation for education and training beyond the secondary education classroom.
