IAPD 602 - Design Studio IV

Must be taken concurrently with IAPD 600 Design Studio IV Lecture. This course is directed towards the unique programming and design related issues and conditions associated with contemporary large-scale office space planning. Emphasis is placed on the nature of the office work environment, and the linking together of various architectural systems. Heavy emphasis is placed on using students’ personal computers to design and prepare presentations. Another component of this course is the application of the computer to resume writing and portfolio preparation using printed materials as well as CD’s and videos.

To drop this course you must also drop IAPD 600 Design Studio IV Lecture.

Requisites
Prerequisite: IAPD 410, IAPD 404, and IAPD 403; not more than one “D” in an IAPD design studio course.
