GRSC 540 - Engineering Applications to Grain/Food ProductsCredits: (3) Application of grain/food industry analytical processing concepts including mass and energy balances, fluid flow, heat transfer, dehydration, evaporation, separation, thermodynamics, and refrigeration.
Note Three hours lecture per week.
Requisites Prerequisite: MATH 205 or 220. Recommended prerequisite: PHYS 113 or 115, BIOCH 265 or CHM 210.
