ECET 110 - Semiconductor ElectronicsCredits: (4) An introductory course in electronic devices. Topics include PN-junction theory, diodes, transistors, transistor biasing, transistor modeling, operational amplifiers, voltage regulators, and field-effect transistors (FET).
Note Three hours lecture and two hours lab a week.
Requisites Prerequisite: MATH 100 and MATH 151. Corequisite: ECET 101.
