CNS 231 - Statics A

Credits: (3)
Composition and resolution of forces; equilibrium of force systems; application of the principles of statics to problems, including force analyses of simple structures.  Centroids; moments of inertia.

Three hours recitation a week.

Requisites
Prerequisite: MATH 150 or equivalent, PHYS 113, and MATH 220.
