ASI 595 - Contemporary Issues in Animal Science and Agriculture
Credits: (3)The development and management of current issues affecting animal agriculture and science in three primary areas: 1) how do issues develop; 2) the political aspects of issues; and 3) the development of expertise based on objective assessment. Current issues such as animal welfare/rights, environment, genetic engineering, etc., will be used to provide students with practical learning experiences.
