Socioeconomic, political-legal, and consumer overview of housing. Includes individual, family, and public decisions related to residential alternatives, their acquisition, and housing and environmental standards.
Note Three hours lecture per week.
This is a rotating elective course taught every 3-4 semesters and may be either a Spring or Fall offering.
