ASI 395 - Intermediate Horse Training & Management

Application of training techniques used to start young horses under saddle. Emphasis is placed on developing groundwork skills needed to prepare horses for riding, including longeing, introduction to the saddle and bridle, and driving.

Prerequisite: Enrollment in Equine Science Certificate Program (CEQSC).
