BAE 345 - Properties of Biological Materials

Characterization of biological material properties that affect the design and analysis of material handling equipment and processes. Physical, electrical, thermal, mechanical, aerodynamic, hygroscopic, and rheological properties of grain and other agricultural products will be examined.
