MET 382 - Industrial Instrumentation and Controls

An introduction to process control systems for industrial applications. Course topics include concepts and terminology, first- and second-order systems, measurement of motion, gauges and transducers, signal processing, and measurement of properties.

Two hours lecture and two hours lab a week.

Requisites
Prerequisite: ECET 304 or ECET 201.
